Reader comment on item: Advice to Non-Muslim Women against Marrying Muslim Men
in response to reader comment: Egyptian men are violent

I am married to an Egyptian man and he has never once raised a hand to me. Even during heated moments. Even when I have become violent myself and pushed him and screamed at him during fights. (I have been in therapy for my anger issues though and things are better now)
Saying that kind of statement is ignorant. It's like saying all English men are violent. Or all Christian men are violent.
It doesn't make sense.
Some of you need to grow up.
