Immigration change for USA ...first in 50 years.

Immigration for those wishing to come to US has undergone some changes.

You may want to research if you have not already.

The lottery is being abolished

Chain immigration is being halted where one cannot ride all the family over.

Immigrant must be able to speak English and also have a skill which will benefit the US.

Personally I am for it. I am also for the brilliant people from around the world who can come and bring skills to the US. I find this fair.

Just to let you know this is in effect and if any from the US is currently involved online with a romancer.... You may want to educate him on this change.

It is gonna be tough for some who are invested emotionally.

At the same time it will give those from other countries that are skilled the chance to contribute to the US.

Also no more welfare to immigrants. They will have to bring a benefit and skill and be able to work.

I hope this helps you to tell your online romancer these things. It may just change his desire to come to the US.
