Lina, I agree with you. This man was trying to control me over the internet. I have to admit, I unblocked him the other day thinking he had moved on. Stupid decision. He messaged me within 10 minutes. He has to be constantly checking for me for that to happen. I had made it clear that if he was going to message me, it was to be as a platonic friendship. He agreed, but that lasted for a whole hour! He was back to trying to video chat and asking to see my chest!

So, I did something I should have done in the beginning. I shared all of this with my other Egyptian friend, who is a respectful and good Egyptian. They are both stationed together in the army. My friend is not happy with the situation at all, but he gave me great advice. He said, "if an Egyptian or Muslim man is asking for my photos and talking about sex with me, he only wants from me is that and wants me to be one of his b$&@es, use me as his wallet, and gain visa." He said a good Egyptian wants to talk about other things. He then confessed that he did love me in a romantic way when we became friends 2 years ago, but after realizing our differences in age and that I was married, he admired me greatly and turned that into a strong friendship. He said that if him and I were to get married, we would never talk about sexual desires, only our lives together (hypothetically).
