They do not carefully target select women they just throw it all against the wall and see what sticks

You are not being specifically targeted this is a business to these guys. They send messages to thousands of women and hope someone is foolish, desperate or lonely enough to fall for their lies and false promises. Thy have dozens of facebook profiles. You must remember that this is their job.
