How do I report a scammer to US Immigration?

Hi Ladies

Can you all advise me on how I can report a SCAMMER. I want to do a proper and thorough job. I dont want to come of like a lunatic.

If anyone knows an FBI, CIA agent, someone that will be patient enough to listen and put brakes on a scammer please help me do that. Im sure no country wants to give a visa to a man that will do anything to get ahead, to get money. hurt anyone to achieve his means. Doing immoral and illegal acts, misrepresenting himself. Thats extremely dangerous.

As a scammer gets away with more and more, who knows what he will do for more reward not fearing capture after getting away with scams after scams for so long.

Surely no one wants such a rat!!
