I now have gotten a little more info from my friend regarding the trip to Morocco.

Evidently all arrangements have been made by Zachariae and there will be no hotel reservations made by her until she arrives!?? Says there are tons of hotels in Casablanca (which is true) so she'll just figure it out then. She is undecided whether to get a hotel or riad (?). My fear now is that Z will get riad and that will be that as far as not sharing accomodations while unmarried which is frowned upon - if not downright illegal there?? They will spend time in Casablanca, then to Fez, then somewhere to meet the Mother. I wonder how the Mother feels about this romance with a woman old enough to be his mother also.

You are correct in saying I've done what I could so now I'm just going to let her find out whatever she needs to know on her own. I fear for her, but hey, she's 60. It will be interesting to see if she ever tells me that she paid for stuff, or how it really went. She's very closed mouthed about all this and in fact no one other than myself even knows about all this. So, we shall see. Thank you for all your responses and information.
