Yes, sounds very familiar. My ex-Algerian husband was like that. He has traits of a narcissist, but not a full-on naricissist (that is my brother lol). But my ex does have a lot of good traits too, but has an issue with having the need to control everything (what I wear, how I talk/act etc), which was the death of our marriage. He grew up in this kind of world. He has changed a bit, but I still see the traits...but the love bombing and then doing the opposite..yep that is him.
