Dear LITA, no need to be ashamed....

Oh, dear LITA, they are the ones who are supposed to be ashamed. Not us.

This is why these scammers get away so easily - because some victims feel foolish, embarassed or ashamed they have "let" themselves get cheated. So they do not want to talk about it. But here, we learn that we are not foolish. We were tricked. They manipulated us and fed off our kindness and generosity.

Apart from the huge sum of money, my rat also cheated on me with so many women and he is still trying to have me send him more money! LOL!

The shock and disappointment was really too much to bear on some days. After about 7 months of just negative feelings, I decided to ignore him.

If you find yourself feeling very sad, losing the will to live - accept those feelings because they are normal when you have been betrayed by someone who is supposed to love you at least as much as you love him. BUT do not accept being stuck in a situation. Speak to your friends, come here often, pray hard and find the strength to leave.

You need to plan a safe exit. Some of these people can be very dangerous.

Never give up on yourself.
