From what You said the guy is a crook. 27 year difference means nothing short of a scammer. They all are and I am tired of repeating it. Straight_talk_Luiggi has been repeating it for years. Please, read carefully his answer to You! I could not have said it better. The fact he has a sister in the States makes him even more interested in immigrating there. A sibling in the target country is an additional risk factor. Talk to Your friend, google together "bezness morocco" , "romance facebook scam morocco", "marriage for green card" plus morocco or moroccan and see for Yourself what comes up. The age difference in itself makes a marriage impossible to exist.

Add religious, cultural and economic differences and the fact he befriends and clinges to anybody on facebook and We have a disaster waiting to happen. It is an illusion, a scam. Full stop. Contact immigration and the US embassy in Morocco with his full name and Your friend's details so he doesn't get a visa and spare her lots of trouble and possibly death.
