Understandable situation.

DearPhilipino Catholic Girl,

It is quite understandable how you feel.It is always your wish if you truly need to convert but it would mean that you love him more than the other way round.I have witnessed many Muslim girls of Indian origin marrying Hindu men and living happily,some requiring police protection at the time of the marriage.There are cases where, after a couple of years,a known person is sent to meet the girl.Being an acquaintance,at times a cousin,the girl takes him in and he kills her.He is specifically sent to kill her taking advantage of the trust he enjoyd.Your case is different but these people,with some being exceptions,have a staunch belief in their faith.Some cheat by saying Christianity and Islam are both Abrahamic religions and there is no need for the girl to convert.That is theoretically right since after children are born,they are invariably converted to Islam and after a while,the woman is somehow induced/coerced ever so gently to adopt Islam.At times the excuse cited is- unless the parents are both Muslims,the children can't inherit the father's property.That's pure hogwash.

Now he has lived with you for 3 years.It's upto him to honour his relationship with you otherwise he would appear a debaucherous and irresponsible petson as well as a sexploiter.One touches a sincere and trusting woman -one HAS to be equally honpurable and marry her keeping parents and religions apart.Otherwise,he shouldn't have touched you.You are NOT a disposable item.

In case he is not a strong and loyal partner,strengthen your resolve and separate from him.You WILL get who is destined to be yours and yours alone.

It's easy for me to say this,I quite understand,but it could be the most honourable and dignified exit.
