I threw out everything too except one pic. I'm considering doing away with it. It's been more than a year now. Sometimes it takes that long or longer. It's funny what you said about the hair change bevause I changed my hair from black to brown with Carmel highlights. I did this because my ex liked my hair black. He loved my eyes but I can't change those unless I decide to buy colored contacts but I don't need glasses right now. I threw out anything that reminded me of him . I even deleted the videos because I didn't want to hear his voice. If you keep these things then it's harder and takes longer to heal and move on. I'm actually starting to feel better, I had 2 losses last year and it was a nightmare . One was death my mother. The other was him and I ended it but it didn't hurt any less and it felt like death because we had spent time together. Some act well enough to receive an oscar. I'm happy to hear you are doing much better. Remember take care of you! Hugs to you Lana <3
