WISH YOU WELL. The more i read the more sad i am,mine has after nine months of marriage finally going home to Cairo to take care of terminally ill Mom,I cannot come,she has never known about me,or his brother only father. I am the hidden secret,the much older wife,does not matter if your intelligent,attractive,witty,charming,good person,that you spend thousands on their son,or the family to help your still not a young ,virgin,muslim,Egyptian girl. Your to the mothers especially not good enough for the son,and the son no matter if he has or has not feelings for you will leave.Mine even wanted to come to Canada ,but mom come first,so i lose,my heart broken and my account 25,000$ less,at this moment. T

he love,affection,attention,gifts,,money,paying bills,selfless giving up everything,changing your way of life for them,it all means nothing before Momma and the family. Even when they are honest more than some,they are still some of the most selfish,self centered men I have ever met in my life,and I have travelled extensively and met and dated men from different cultures, but Muslim men,especially so many Egyptian are a unique breed of their own,and I blame the mothers most of all who create these creatures so that they will never have a normal life with any woman,whether from their own culture or another,they are treated as little gods from the moment they are born,and given the belief that they are so special each and every male one of them that all should bow before them and their needs and wants,i find in many instances the mother son bond so disturbing at times its almost incestuous,in some cases it disgusts me. Women who findl little happiness in their married lives turn to the sons for the emotional male support they lack from the spouse and in so doing destroy that son from having a truly normal relationship with another women,they keep the sons especially the oldest on an emotional string forever that at times destroys the child.

So my heart is broken because i know we are close to the time he will leave,and I know he will never love me like I loved him,,I just hope that I can heal eventually ,my heart,my pride,my self esteem,all is in shreds after taking care for so many years not to allow another man near me to hurt me.I let an Egyptian man,younger one at that get under my radar defences.

So true isn't it,NO FOOL LIKE AN OLD FOOL.
