YES BY ALL MEAN YOU CAN CALL RCMPAND FBI BUT I DOUBT THEY CAN DO ANYTHING TO RECOVER THE MONEY BECAUSE NOTHING IS WRITTEN IN BLACK AND WHITE. NO PROOF NO NOTHING.. YOU CAN REPORT IT TO FBI AND RCMP AND LET THE NEXT PERSON BE AWARE OF IT IF HES TRYING TO SCAMS SOME OTHER WOMEN BUT TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK NO I DONT THINK SO.
