Dear Donna,

The best way to do this is to approach the mainstream newspapers who will name and shame these beasts.However,one can't know anyone there and so no one will take personal interest.

There is just a simple email option to all write to all the foreign missions in the U.S. as well as the immigration office.It's very difficult to get to know the passport numbers of these creatures,even when one is in a relationship but that is the best way to report him to the immigration.These are personal matters,though,and they may not take cognizance.There needs to be something beyond personal betrayal--a crime( not a heart break but truly physical battery or financial embezzlement) that is serious.

The best prevention is -never fall for them.Even if they are given very high marks by your acquaintances.
