Thank you Jessica and New Life,

Not much has happened so far, Julie still not working but her boyfriend will try and reapply for a visitors visa to see if he can come to Canada to visit. Thank you for the info on immigration lawyer, when the time is right we may call these lawyers. I will keep you posted.
