Dear Healing Heart and everyone who is still not completely over your EX!

I know it is very difficult to not to think about them especially when it gets warmer and nice sunny days are on s forecast.
We all tend to become dreamy and our memory brings us back to those few sweet moments we crave ,the ones we used to have...with the WRONG person.

I red somewhere that if you have someone on your mind it is not necessary that they remember you at that moment,it means that you are not completely over him....Sighs...
Easy said than done, but we must to be strong!
Just remind yourself what misery this person caused you and ask yourself -do you need it all?

It is easy to fall back after the time has passed and your memory brings up only the good memories and hides the bad ones.
Especially if that someone-still tries to contact you and to win you back, knowing that you still remember him and thinking of him.

Some people came to your life to stay and some are just to give us a lesson,to teach us something.

I bet that all of us have a person they want to drop everything right now and run to,as fast as we can-to see that person....Don't!
Just wish that person well, pray for him to be safe and happy with their life ...and move on...
I am thankful for all the good moments we shared, but life goes on and we have our goals and plans set differently.....
Time to say good bye to this impossible dream of Hollywood Love story,we all have in our mind with that person....

I found one book to be helpful to sort out my emotions:"Journey to the Heart "by Melody Beattie.
It helps me to calm down. Also a walk to the park and journaling,to keep all this thoughts out of my head.

Hope that helps!

Hugs!
LANA
