Dear Healing Heart,
This is absolutely normal.Our brain and mind are like a programmed machine.For a while,you had programmed these around this man and now it is getting de programmed.All you have to do is to give it some time.You will be alright soon.

You don't need any words of wisdom.All you need is to understand that you are an affectionate person and this idiot abused that grand sentiment of yours.If he gets to know you are so distraught,he will feel very happy that you are pining for him.He will now in all probability abuse your kindness only to hurt you or to coerce you to marry him on his conditions.So don't at all call him.

You can write to us all individually by ,if possible,securing our emails from Mr Pipes.I am sure he won't mind.This way you can tide over this period.As you have mentioned,you havw advised others.It is very easy for ALL of us to advise others.Yet,we all feel the same pain when we are kicked by life and need someone to support us.Nothing new in this.

Just breathe deeply and remind yourself that you existed before he came into your life.You are breathing without him.You are not dependent on him.We all have to get up from the floor where we fell by again taking support from the same floor.Use your sentiments constructively and you will be o.k.
