Cheated of my emotions and money

Going through same sh*t as most has gone through here. Can relate totally to Ashley re. "evil eye" etc.

I invested about 40K € in a guesthouse project for a place for our "future" and we finally decided on renting a place and running a guesthouse. I had the pleasure of setting up the whole business. And the stupidity to let it run under his name - including banking transactions. I believed it was for our future. Moroccan rat got angry every time I asked about the account balance when he kept saying we needed money for this and that. Decorations n bed linens, towels etc - even frying pans - I paid for them and brought them over from Europe cos "the quality was better". He couldn't account for the renovation works etc. Finally found out that account had only about 70000 Dirhams left (about 7000K €). He was supposed to change that bit by bit into € for me cos of course he knew a restaurant owner who could offer us better rates. On my next return found out he has bought a car. Meanwhile although the guesthouse business is flourishing, I never saw a cent the first 6 months. He kept sending me photos of broken toilet, sinks, etc. which had to be fixed. Then I found evidence of him cheating on me with least 4 women. And in that spontaneous moment of shock at being caught, he agreed to have the money earned from the guesthouse be paid to my account. That was good for 1 month. Cos the 2nd month he changed the password to the guesthouse business and I no longer have access to it. Then gave me the password and I just found out it isn't valid. I'm getting a percentage of the earnings and the rest goes to him. I already know he's going to stop paying me back the money I put in. Basically he is staying there rent free using the place to sleep around and letting rooms out to his friends for the same purpose. Oh I sprang a surprise visit on him and of course all the photos we had taken together was no where to be seen in our bedroom. Also cases of used condoms which he swear his friends with "evil eyes" have planted there cos they were jealous of our relationship.

I have copies of the money I sent over from Europe. Does anyone know how I can recover my losses? Going to the police there may not help because of the corruption there.

Feeling so damned cheated and so close to having a breakdown. Please help.
