You learned a very hard lesson

Keep doing as you have Healing Heart and you have come a long ways in a month. Keep him out of your life as you have and you'll continue to get better. I see you offering advice and I'm happy to read it. Don't forget how important you are and you deserve much better than what he could have ever been or given to you. Keep getting stronger . I have to go because we're leaving for church in a few minutes. I keep all of you in my prayers.
