good day Chelesa and fellow readers,

I am sorry for your anxiety due to the fact that your ex-mena contacted you. You had mentioned this to me before and i truly felt that i was relatively safe from my husband attempting to contact me again. After hearing your comment i instantly felt fear of the reality that my mena husband may try and do this to me. It has been 7 months since i last seen or spoke with him. I am feeling better and my days are more cheerful and content. For my husband to contact me would be a set back for me as it was for you.

They truly believe that they are "gods" gift to women and see no wrong in what they have done to another human being that had real and true feelings for them.
I have often thought that i would like to have another conversation with him so i could tell him face to face what a low life he is. But i know that i would be wasting my time and energy as our words mean nothing to them at all.

Please take care of you and know that you are a worthy lady and deserve all the best of life.
