Dear Jessica, I've heard of DHEC closing Chinese and Thai restaurants. It's the lower class ones this happens in not the better ones. Believe me they have to answer for it. They have DHEC on them, a possible lawsuit, and the Humane Society. It's immigrants who come to the US and open a restaurant but not fully understanding or taking it to a serious extreme of what's expected. They must pass the inspection to get their business license but not all stay within the guidelines. It's because it's cheaper for one and two could be what they are use to doing. I always say everything catches up with you eventually and this is what happens to the ones I say are lower class. I eat this kind of food but not at one that I don't know anything about or I simply don't feel comfortable.
