Thanks,Siobhan for appreciating my advice.May be it was too long , so some didn't like it.Some part of any advice just isn't practical,depending upon the situation and location.
This is something I have always wondered.Many people here offer great advice and information based on their experiences and yet get down votes.
I hope you are doing fine.Regret noticing your reply to me just a while ago.
