Never Able to Escape

It started nearly 10 years ago. I tried so many times to leave but always got sucked back in. We had a child together and he continued to treat me awful while pregnant and even during labor.. After our child was born. He threatened me...so many times.. I got away but wasn't helped as much as I was told I would be. Haven't been stable since and now we're back at his mercy because I need help. I was independent for 10+ years basically my entire adult life until recently. I want so much for a safe life for me and my child but without help that's impossible.

I want a new life a safe life a peaceful wholesome life.
