You do need a divorce then. Has an action been taken to get one? I would talk to an immigration lawyer too. Even though you didn't bring him over. You need to know all your rights. In the US and it sounds like that's where the marriage took place you need a good lawyer and have proof of all his wrong doings for it to be shown to the judge. Only thing is he may not even show up for he hearing and how can anything really be nailed on him when he can just go back to Morocco anytime.

Seriously if you haven't already I would find out your rights from an immigration lawyer as well. It may not help but it never hurts to try. I will be happy for you when you are completely free of him so you can move on to a much happier life. Keep us updated and come here anytime and post as much as you want.
