I am glad to hear you are doing better. Time is on your side and soon this experience will be in the distance and without the power to hurt you.

You mentioned Najwa Zebian and I have wanted to tell everyone about her, but I was distracted. She is an excellent new writer and indeed she helped me to be where I am today...over the rat and very empowered.
So ladies (and gentlemen) please get yourself a copy of "Mind Platter" by Najwa Zebian. She is a beautiful, young, Lebanese/ Canadian writer. She writes from her heart and soul and I promise you will identify with everything she has written. I love her so much that I bought six copies from Amazon and gave five away as gifts.
You might also want to get her second book called " The Nectar Of Pain". You can check her out of FB and Instagram too.

I would also like to suggest that you all read "Milk And Honey" by Rupi Kaur. She is another good, young, writer from Punjab, India who went to Canada as a young child. It seems Canada brings out the best in some people. :)

Please keep us informed A and we'll be waiting for you when you have finally arrived in that place, free of the rat.
