this is what I found. Good riddance I must say because in most Western countries once inside, inside forever, whatever wrong they do. I woud also like MLID to explain what legal procedure was used to dispose safely of rubbish. MLID, if You read my comment, I am curious what was Your rat's ethnicity. Setif is on the edge of Kabylia and some inhabitants are Berber. Was he Arab, Berber, Kabyle? Did You listen to Staifi style of music? It's not as famous as raï but nice never the less.
