Yes, it's been a long time now. I guess I want an explanation for my own selfish reasons....not because I want to get back into a relationship, but because it will give me closure and the ability to walk away without regrets. I may well never hear from him again, and I am preparing myself for this. If I don't hear from him within a few days of his return I will cut all possible contact.
If I'm being honest [hard to admit], the reason I haven't already done this is because I can't quite believe what has happened, I don't want to accept everything was a lie....or that I was so stupid. But I will.....

When he is in the UK we live about 80 miles apart and met at an event [local to me] we were both working at, my only worry is he will turn up at the event again [in a couple of weeks] - although he'd be pretty stupid to if he is trying to avoid me. My worry is how I'll react to seeing him again if he does come...I don't want to cry in front of him. I'm trying not to think about something that might not even happen, although I'm on sleeping pills now as my mind was keeping me up all night.

Bloody men eh :-) Or not all men to be fair....rather, bloody man !! x
