Hello and Kudos for succeeding to annul Your scammers residency permit. Tell Us more of his nice life back home with his "fiancee". I imagine her face when she finds out he is not taking her to the States. He must feel happy and contented, especially now he has been to the US and he almost got settled there but has to go back living in his overcrowded place with fellow rats. WOW! Do You know more about his life now? Is he working or he is still on the prowl? How do his family feel about his behaviour and his coming back empty handed (no visa)? Very happy for him and let us hear more stories like Yours and less about them staying. Now the only green paper he can look at is his own green Algerian passport. Algerian passports are at the bottom of the list along with Afghan and Iraqui passports. They need to queue up in person in consulates to get a visa for most countries and usually get a refusal, even for a tourist visa. Well done girl and thanks to Your caring dad.

Please, if You have the time, post about how to annul Green Card after divorce as it can help other women. For abusive foreign men the most sensible solution is the one way ticket to home country hahahahahaha. And no way to come back of course. Spears grief and fear to the ex wife and trouble to other women. Ladies here need practical solutions.
