No I would never just desert my boyfriend or cut contact - and that is why it hurts so much as I always trust that people will treat me as I treat them. It's been a hard lesson to learn that it is not always the case.

As I mentioned in a comment to Candy, I now have a date when my 'boyfriend' is coming back from Pakistan, this is good as if he doesn't contact me ASAP after he arrives to explain what is going on I can walk away guilt free and hold onto what dignity I have left :-) I guess I want to see the good in people and give them the benefit of the doubt, which is why I am giving him a chance to explain. If he is married then obviously it's over - I don't share, at least not knowingly.

I'll let you know what happens..... x
