My neighbor says she claims pregnancy

Gosh unbelievable. My neighbor is an older man who just found out he fell into a trap. I just came in from walking the dog and we talked again. He went to the Philippines because a 17 year old girl professed her undying love for him. At the time I found out about it I told him about the immigration process and my story. He did not listen... of course I probably wouldn't have listened either I had to learn it the hard way. He went over there and came back to process papers for her. Same story just different gender. He told me she started stalking him on Facebook and now all of his friends and family have blocked her. The most shocking news is that he told me she claims to be pregnant now. I asked him how can that be because how could he have relations with her in that country? He said the family didn't care. But he said they are very family oriented. But now he has come to the conclusion that he simply will not accept that and has pulled his immigration papers. He said he would rather be single. I told him the same for me it's nice to be able to go and do as you please without having to answer to anyone. Freedom is a gift. We discussed how lonely we have felt but we see that singlehood actually is a blessing. unfortunately for my neighbor now,..to remove any benefit of the doubt ...he is now trapped by her words to go back overseas and do a DNA test. I'm pretty sure that he knows that it's a scam now. he told me he even blocked her from his Facebook page so that says a lot.

When I say he is trapped by her words basically it probably is a lie that she is pregnant. I know from my own experience I was demanded and given 15 days to return to the Middle East. Oh I wished it could be true that there was really love for me over there. And for my neighbor as well. But the reality is that actions show us otherwise. He is now studying VAWA. I have been done with my ex for a while now and it feels good. I can clearly see now away from his manipulation and love bombing what this was all about because basically you guys... It's not love to make somebody your puppet and control them and stalk them. That is not love. Control and domination is not love. Lies and manipulation are not love. I'm glad my older neighbor is home safe and sound and for me as well. Unfortunately there are some that are not so fortunate.

I use this story to show you how common these stories actually are but a lot of people don't tell about the scam because they're embarrassed. I personally am not embarrassed anymore. my ex messaged all my friends with two year old photos so they all blocked him and basically told him what he was. But I actually confronted him publicly on his Facebook and brought it to light. So it matters not to me what people think it only matters how I live my life and I choose to respect myself and I'm so glad that my neighbor is wide awake. I went through all my pictures yesterday from 2014 and now I consider it a vacation. As a matter of fact I figure I will just make an album ...of course cutting him out of the picture... And sharing the sites I saw on Facebook. Blessings to you all take care.....Chelsea
