My heart has pains shooting through my chest

I think I'm going to have to go to the emergency room. My heart is having strong shooting pains with heaviness on it. I was just a sugar Momma. I'm praying for God to help me and I know I'm not the only one. I felt my heart break. I spent time with him and I thought this was what I had been looking for all my life. I'm 40 years old and I feel I'm not going to pull through. I'm going to the ER because it's getting worse
