It's very difficult to understand why since we can't read anyone's mind.Age is no issue here,intention is.He might be trying to get your help to enter the U.S.I don't wish to be mean but there is a chance that he might be looking for a sponsor-. Be careful.

How did he get in touch with you on Facebook? What might have prompted him to get in touch with YOU is the question.Some people are very sharp and cunning.Does he have your details from the Facebook?Have you disclosed a lot?Just consider that.
