I would say if you're not having any serious problems you could continue to talk to him. You're both in school and if I were you make sure you put school first. You can develop feelings by talking to someone but to call it falling in love I don't know that this is possible because you haven't spent any time together. This is the only way to get to really know someone. You said you can't see each other in the near future. Again if I were you I wouldn't put a lot of time into this if there's not any hopes of meeting each other soon. Long distant relationships are hard on both people if they care for each other. It can cause other problems to happen between you. Last but not least there's many young Algerian guys who are trying to get out of Algeria. The job situation there is not good and they want a better life but the way they go about doing it for many of them is not the right way. Please use caution about this and not get seriously heartbroken.
