hmmm your story is not difficult to answer your question.. of course you can be friend with him. before i met my mohamed i talked to alot of men.. im not looking for love or anything just surfing on line and chatting. i been serious with an moroccan man but only talked for 2 months and he is totally a scammer unlike mohamed ..he told me to send him money so he can buy a laptop so we can skype and talked to each other. Mohamed was here for 3 weeks and gone and we been together for 3 years never ask me once to send him money or to buy him laptop. so i think i hit the jackpot..by all mean you can talk to him until you know each other well enough and meet.. you both still young 21 and 23.. i dont see him scamming you at all. but beware as soon he tell you to fly and meet him and tell you to pay for your own ticket or send him stuffs then you know its a big RED FLAG THERE. i also had alot of Algerian and Egyptian talked to me before they all bullshiter and full of it. so if you think hes a good man then he must be it but still have to watch out. dont believe him too much if he can wait for you for 3 years or more and doesnt lie to you and treat you like a princess then he's a keeper. My Mohamed waited for me 3 years and beyond and i know for sure he's a keeper not like those Algerians and Egyptian i have talked to on tagged.
