Dear Ollie
Just ask yourself-why do you have to suffer?

Do you deserve all of this?

Definitely- NO!

You need to feel loved and cared for.I know it is easy to say than do,but you should stop searching for love where there is none,love yourself more and allow someone better to give you the love you deserve and need.
Make a room for it,by disposing your fears,frustration,unhappiness from fake relationship with someone who causes you a heartache.Cause it will only get worse with time.The more you are with him,the more you get attached.
And at the end-he will leave you brokenhearted.
So it is better if you will be"the one that got away",than being dumped.

What helps me?
I keep writing multiple letters to him,expressing my emotions on a paper-I keep a journal that is not meant for him to read,but for me-to pour out my emotions and thoughts so that I will not keep them inside my head.I also try to immerse in my hobbies-photography and scrapbooking,try to not to spend too much time at home,surfing the on a social media,but going outdoors,in a nature.

It will get better with time.It is better this way,than living in your hopes and dreams,projecting them onto a person,who is not even remotely genuine with his feelings for you.

I would splurge some money on getting pampered at the spa,will do a haircut,mani-pedi,buy a new wardrobe,a new book,etc.Remind yourself of how wonderful you are!!!Forget that looser!!!You deserve better!!!
