The good relationships will not be discussed on here because the people in them are too busy enjoying them to care what anonymous on-line strangers think.

So there will never be a balance between good stories and bad stories posted here and probably never anywhere else on an open, honest forum.

Pretty much everyone who "finds" or "stumbles" onto this blog is looking for this information for a reason, and that reason is not good.

A lot of the "relationships" described on here in progress are going to be doomed just from the scam-artist nature of them that you already mentioned. That's not even getting into the cultural differences.

Don't make the mistake of assuming that there "must be" more good ones out there because "why, it just can't be all that bad".

I did the on-line/international dating scene for over a decade. Yes, it is that bad, and with the exception of Craig's List (in some cases) worse and less safe for men
