What you need to do is familiarize yourself with these types of situations (like reading this blog) and you seriously need to ask yourself if you have entered into a valid marriage or if you were used from the very beginning.

The optics of this are pretty bad---being so much older and arguing over a green card to name a couple you've mentioned.
