Green card

Sounds exactly like what I lived through. They want green card. It is NOT love to let someone go through all that. Immigration is a hard road to take. You will be responsible for them 2 to 10 years in US. If they become dependent on government ....you will have to pay it back. Realize that if something feels off,..take it as an internal warning sign that danger is ahead. They are great actors. But culturally so many differences and you will be expected to conform. Please listen to your gut and not let one steal a few years from your life.

Best wishes to you. Realize too that family will ALWAYS come before you. Just the way it is. They also are cultural liars....and see nothing wrong with it. Never expect to get the truth. You will never get it. Hope this helps.
