He will not change. They can be nice when they want to be.But sometimes its to get what they want or if they think you may really leave.But then you ask yourself is it because they love you or are a willing victim for them to control emotionally to get what they want from the relationship,whether its emotional control,sexual gratification,monetary gain etc. Egyptian men are control freaks and its always about their needs and satisfying them. Most always have an agenda,so much is hidden..
