Hi Amy,

Ever heard of the saying 'cruel to be kind' well that's what this post is about. I'm sorry but you need to snap out of this stupid phase of self pity and move on! This man has already wasted enough of your valuable time why the hell are you wallowing in it! I understand what he has done to you is hard but come on girl you are worth so much more than this! You are in your prime!! You are 30!! You need to close the door and move on with your life! Coming on here and complaining about it or him is not helping you!

You need to accept that once upon a time there was a low life who took you for a fool and you need to forgive yourself for letting yourself down and move on!!! He is really NOT worth it!! Take time out. Let yourself cry and scream and eat and feel sorry for yourself and then STOP! Completely! This is your life! Pull yourself together and F*** him and his messed up head and life!! You are making this hard for yourself! Take a break from everything. Deal with your emotions. Clear your head. Then leave him in the past and move on. I'm sorry but no one can sort your s*** out except you and no one on here is going to help you - you need to help yourself.

Start by appreciating all the things you do have in your life to be grateful for and work from there. Enjoy the blessings you have right now rather than complaining over a loser who really doesn't deserve you. Let go of the anger and the pain and you will feel so much better. You do not need him or his fake ass love or his drama in your life. Believe me he is the one who has lost not you. Do not let yourself stoop to his level.
