Amy,

You have to take control of you. You can't allow yourself to go backwards. What happened to cause you to be throwing up now? You control your life. As far as we know, you never spent a dime on him, you never met this man, you never gave gifts. If he calls you from various unknown numbers, hang up. I don't mean to be a meanie, but you haven't been through what Chelsea who was almost killed in the streets of the middle east, new life whose husband abandomed her with 2 kids, lost who's boyfriend was a bastard and the thousands of women who went over to meet their men, married, sponsored them, only to be discarded.

Amy, everyday you should wake up thanking your lucky stars that YOU are one of the lucky ones who got away. He is in Algeria.. He should be the one devastated and throwing up with dry heaves.

You escaped. Be happy with yourself. Stop thinking about the words he said. Those were just words from some man you never really knew or met. Grab a hold of freedom and happiness!!
