Reader comment on item: Advice to Non-Muslim Women against Marrying Muslim Men

Submitted by Eastern Europe (United Kingdom), Nov 6, 2016 at 18:32

Hi all,

I'm in relationship with a Algerian guy . We met in U.K. He has been living in U.K. For about 18 years and is a very strict Muslim . He's pushing me to marry in the mosque and the kids would have to be Muslim .

Now ... what are the chances he's marrying me for a passport which he hasn't got because his visa run out and what's he's saying to me he can renew his passport next year in may ? Is it a scam ! ? Is this true that he pays his taxes ? He has an address and a bank account? If he's illegally here how then?
He said he can't work on the books - only cash in hand but how come he pays the taxes then?

Please help me
