Thank you for all the information and making a lot of things more clear , but however have questions:Reader comment on item: Advice to Non-Muslim Women against Marrying Muslim Men Submitted by Nancy (United States), Oct 25, 2016 at 11:36 Hi, I am married to Egyptian man he is good man for lot of things however he is 42 and i'm 52 yes big age difference , however in Egypt he does have 2 sons however he claims they are divorced but still to this day he still take care of her she don't even work and he want make her go to work either, i understand he needs to take care of his sons and he should. However he wanted to have sex before we even got married and then he asked me to marry him after 5month i was seeing him and told him that is really fast you and me really don't even know each other like that and he said i told God i'm going to marry her cause he knew i come from a strict growing up with my mom and dad. I no actually meet anyone in his family until last year and finally got to meet his sister Hanan and his mom which was nice , But the first year of marriage was really rough sometimes i felt like when he come home almost could see on his face like saying oh no she still here in the first year he never treated me as a wife it felt more like being a dog, and we got married in the court house no church or mosque. He came over here on a visa cause when he came i didn't even know him , he found me on tango which at the time i didn't know it was an app to find other people , my son downloaded it for me so i could see him and my grandson that live in another city . Now he is working on getting his permanent resident , which i left him before he come back from egypt this time cause i found out he friends with his kids mom sisters and cousins and all which all started to make sense why he never had where they can see we are married or anything of me he even went to the point where i couldn't post anything on his time line and too many times i beg him put a photo of us together or as his profile picture so his friends and family see we are married but he fight me on it so got to the point i felt like i was on the outside looking in but at same time not allowed to be part of his world and for 2 years in a half i provided him with a car and i paid the insurance and the car payment and i payed the rent all he had to pay for was for power and what food he brought into the home. Now all this being said he claims he is not married, but i feel he is and also one of his cousins let it slip and before he take his trip to egypt this year2016 on one of his post his own cousin said God bless him in his house with his kids and wife and his mom, but he says she don't know he and his wife is divorced but i tell him then why did you click on like if it wasn't true that don't even make sense why you no tell her you married to me and you and your first wife divorced but he never did. So what is your thought on all of this sorry if it's too much to read, He say he love me and he don't need the life broken, but i already feel broken Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes.
