Just wanted to tell you and everyone that it is so good when recovery by no contact starts to set in.

It has taken some time but I now see clearly accept what happened and forgive and forget. My mind is getting clear and I find myself not even thinking about it anymore. I am responding to you because I want you to know that being free from the emotional manipulation is healing. There was life before him and there is life after. It really is helpful to share and receive support from all these precious ladies. You are gonna be OK my sister.
