I wish I had listened to my friends. But I had a mind of my own and I believed every word that I was told. You are young and I hate to see you waste your life and there's a possibility that if you go over there you will not return.

You will not have any freedoms like you have here. It's not really a religious thing more than a customs thing. They have a lot of Jordanian pride and the man looks at a woman as his property. It may seem nice to have jealousy thinking that you are really loved and protected but it's a cultural thing too. And believe me the jealousy gets old it's not flattering anymore. They still live in the seventh century customs. It is really dangerous and there's some money put on your life. They have this thing called burned blood. If a family kills a member of another family... Then that family will be able to kill one of the other families. It's an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth. It doesn't matter how old you are a woman is to be used and it's all about the men. They really hate Americans over there and it's very dangerous for American women to be there. You are not supposed to look a man in the eye because he thinks you want him. I am a blonde with blue eyes and you don't see very much of that so every time I walk down the street I got stared at and even saluted. I did not know how much danger I was in until I got back. I would not do it again. Don't worry that you haven't found an American man yet he will come along and he will have things in common with you and he will cherish you if you just wait.

There is also a lot of human trafficking over there and you need to think that you could be sold to make the money for the family for they are very poor I don't care how much they tell you they have. Lying in that culture is a cultural trait. One more thing... And we have just passed the date of September 11th the date the Twin Towers went down. I had a Jordanian tell me from his Jordanian mouth to my American ear that they were celebrating in the streets exchanging money and Candy after the Twin Towers fell. That's enough for me and if you value your freedom please don't go.

I hate to see you in bondage... And his chains will become yours. If not that he keeps you there... He will bind you emotionally with his love words which really don't mean anything because they lie to get a better life for them and their families. And they don't mind using an American woman no matter what age to accomplish their goal. Have him come to you... Tell him to find a way if he loves you. But here's the thing... There is a war going over there... They do have Syrian refugees on their border and someone I knew was blown up over there at the border because he was a Border guard. I was emailed the pictures of him like that. The family was proud of his death. I thought it was disrespectful to take pictures of him in that condition. And have you thought that if they shut down the Jordanian Airport that you would never get out?

This is a very serious and I would really like for you to give it some thought serious thought I would hate to see you in your life you being so young and having so much to live for here in the states. Your opportunities will be gone if you go to Jordan and if you entangle yourself with this man. They know just what to say they know just how to manipulate emotions because they are looking for something more than love. They also marry their family over there and a lot of them are mentally deficient because they are inbred. That is also a cultural trait which they see nothing wrong with and we as Americans see it as incest. I suggest you get away from it as soon as possible and go no contact so that you will not be emotionally brainwashed. I forgive all of mine and I have recovered somewhat and I do not wish them bad. This is the most information that I can think of at the time to give you but everything that happened to me was not good and I'd hate to see it happen to anyone who knows Freedom like we do and then become oppressed. Also used... and then find that out later and you end up with a broken heart and also you end up with the less trust for people. Please don't waste your life all your time or your emotions on someone who is possibly scamming you because he sees you as a way here. It will cost you a lot of money with attorneys and it will cost you a lot of emotional pain because these men are liars.
