You pretty much gave the answer. If you really want a relationship with a moroccan, north african or muslim, it's better to look for one in real life, in your city or neighborhood. You can still use whatsapp in the end, you're still going to have the virtual 'touch'. Nowadays it's almost impossible not to have it. Internet is not actually the best place to engage into serious relationships and hope for a serious commitment. Show me one successful marriage that came out of badoo, snapchat or whatever. If you like to talk to guys online, do it for fun only.

Unfortunately it is clearly a scam. And the scammers may differ from some western guys for not saying 'you look hot', but 'i'm so in luv wit u my princess' but if something comes too easy it is worth to be suspicious about.
