Dear Gina,

Im very sorry to hear that you suffer so much and Im very sorry that u had to go thru such a heart break. I wish anyone here could help to ease the pain but unfortunately, we all can advise but we wont change anything until you will. We met people for a reason, we leave them behind for a reason. Its okay to be hurt, its okay if it didn't worked out,its okay to move on...life has so many turns, we must become stronger and learn to deal with ourself. Love yourself, cherish yourself, be good to yourself, people come and go. You are awake with yourself everyday. Forgive him, forgive yourself and forget.

You still have feelings for him bcs your love was real. No matter how much he has hurt you , you not able to switch off your heart and mind over the night. I understand you, trust me I do. I have been in long relationship, I kept explaining his abusive behaviour in my mind cos I remebered the good moments and I was explaining to myself he will change,he will fix it, we will work it out , he has to have another chance...and so on...and one day I woke up without nothing apart from my black eye(again)and faith that God has better plan for me. I waisted 8 years of my life. And he was not Arab neither muslim. Its been 3 years since I decided to leave and I couldn't be happier!!

Time will heal everything.
