Gina I have heard the I'm not eating I'm not sleeping excuse many times. It's manipulative. He should have treated you better in order to keep you. Getting out of Egypt was lucky, he is able to legally stop you so now that he knows you left once, he may stop you to leave again. Egyptian men don't change, they only get worse. If this was your 'honeymoon period' think about what comes next.
