hi i read your story
I am Muslim man who is born and raise in the holy city Medinah
Muslim husband The husband is taking care of his wife and children very much by of course renting a home, arranging food and clothing to their liking as and when required (demanded by wife and child or sometimes otherwise also) and providing money to wife not as a monthly package but on Eid(celebration day ( and when they go for vacation as wife has to purchase her and daughters clothes etc.

if your husband taking money from you that simply mean he take advantage of you and his not obeying Islamic rules.so my advice to you try to contact with his family regarding this and if they are true Muslim family they will stand with you and the will talk with him about the money he take from you and his bad beaver
