I am so sorry my dear for that . But for visa yes it is hard if he doesnt have enough sufficient bank account and HR letter to prove his work otherwise he cant get a visa . Even to east europe . But if he was working and have money and gave you false promises then he is psycho .anyway dont fall in love for someone till you see and meet him personally . You can like someone through online but for loving someone at least you have to meet and know him very well first . Thats my advice to you . And regardless from egypt or anywhere in the world . It is the same . Psychos and scammers are everywhere
